At mtn + mane, we value your time - and ours. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows our stylists the opportunity to accommodate other guests.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

We get it - life happens. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Arrival time is important, and depending on the service booked, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. Some services are time-sensitive and may only allow a short window. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

At mtn + mane, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not offer refunds on services, we’re committed to making things right.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We’ll happily schedule a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist whenever possible.

For retail products, we offer exchanges or store credit on unopened or gently used items within 7 days of purchase.
